Abstract :
In view of the International Union of Electronic Communication (CCITT) recommendations, the structure of the control system for the satellite data communication system AS Sirena-3 has been developed. The purpose of the control system is to increase the network efficiency performance, decrease the cost of the provided communication services and minimize network operation costs
