Abstract :
Choice of business patterns between specialization and diversification, a starting point of further development, plays an essentially important role for lots of enterprises. Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of specialization and diversification, a conclusion can be drawn that both specialization and diversification are effective business patterns and what matters to enterprises is to enter into the right pattern at the right time.
