Abstract :
A multifunction tower crane black box was designed, which integrated function of data record, sequence of events record, data analysis and accident playback, data communication, safety, anti-sway, and so on. By analyzing function of tower cranes black box, the platform design approach was put forward based on 32-bit ARM microprocessor AT91M55800 and real-time multitask operating system muC/OS-II . The PC software ldquotower crane safety analysis softwarerdquo was compiled, which has performed analytical function of events and data recorded in black box. The application verifies the accuracy of the system design.
