Abstract :
In this paper, the effects of two kinds of coupling agents, silicane and titanate, on the casting technology and mechanical property of Al2O3-epoxy resin system were studied. The results show that the filler can improve the impact strength of the casting system, after it was treated by silicane coupling agent. Additionally, it is helpful to improve the processing property of the casting system after the filler was added with a little titanate coupling agent. The mechanical performances of the cured resin were affected by the drying temperature of the post-treated filler too
