Abstract
In this study, we investigate space charge distribution of titanylphthalocyanine (TiOPc) films on metal electrodes by organic-molecular-beam-deposition. The profile and thickness of TiOPc film are examined using a spectrometer and an AFM. Space charge densities at metal-TiOPc interfaces are discussed by taking into consideration of uneven surface of TiOPc film
