Abstract :
This paper deals with the scheduling problem of software project management (SPM) and present an approach. It addresses this problem by means of the development of an ant colony optimization-based algorithm. This new approach is for resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) in PERT networks and Gantt Chart. The goal is to minimize cost and duration. The results show that this approach can be used to solve the Software Project Scheduling Problem.
