Abstract :
This paper presents a voltage regulator of a squirrel cage induction generator excited by a current source inverter and supplying a DC load through a diode bridge with LC filter. The voltage regulator was implemented by a cascade controller with current and voltage loops. The voltage controller synthesis was done using the linearization of the inner loop global model obtained by the sliding contact circuits theory. Some experimental and simulated results on steady-state and dynamical behaviours are presented to illustrate the system response and the validity of developed models
