Abstract :
We propose a semantic framework (meta model and rules) supporting correctness and completeness of data distribution schemes for homogeneous databases. This framework supports model fragmentation, instance fragmentation and conditional fragmentation, based either on a single condition or a conjunction of two conditions. It also supports the allocation of fragments. We also present a solution for determining rule priority
