Abstract :
Robust control approach is applied to a system with a constant dynamics factor and a variable matrix of rigid cross-links R(γ): high-precision guidance system for a telescope, mounted at a satellite hull. Region of possible operation regime Γ is dissected into a number of subregions {Γn}, each of those is described by a nominal cross-links matrix R and an unstructured additive uncertainty ΔR, and a reversed frame normalizing compensator is designed for each subregion Γn to provide closed-loop specifications (stability, tracking accuracy, peak magnitude)
