Abstract :
On the background of ERP system, aiming at the multi-variety and small-batch production in SMME, the planning and scheduling problems were analyzed. The tasks, resources and constraints were introduced firstly, and then a closed-loop frame was provided to eliminate the conflicts, at the same time, the heuristic algorithm was introduced to get the appointed list. The results showed that this method could improve the veracity and equilibrium of planning and scheduling problems of work shop.
