Abstract
There are more than 60,000 mobile phone base stations in Taiwan. The popularity causes the health concerns of the residents. Protests against base stations are common and never-ending. To alleviate the problem, we proposed a practical measurement method to the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) in Taiwan for measuring electromagnetic radiation from AM, FM, TV and mobile phone base stations. In this paper, we present the measurement method, which is suitable for most of the practical situations.
