Abstract :
According to the characteristics of atmospheric pollutants diffusion, some mathematical models were developed to evaluate the risk and consequence of chemical pollutants diffused into atmosphere. Introducing the GIS (geographic information system), the models were simulated and realized a real-time evaluation for monitoring the concentration of chemical pollutants dynamic diffusion process. Integrating the numerical solutions to models with GIS and analyzing the spatiotemporal diffusion of pollutants, different zones connecting with concentration isolines at different dose were illustrated at different time, wind direction and speed. It is available to forecast how heavy a pollution hazard affects the environment and nearby people including the hazardous extent and level, and suitable for decision-making in emergency environmental accidents rescue.
