Abstract :
Particles with different reflective indices will receive radiation forces with different scale. The radiation forces are very important to the technology of the optical tweezers. As people know the reflective index is defined by the permittivity of the material. So this paper theoretically studies the influence of the permittivity of the nanoparticle on the trapping performance of optical tweezers, and finally gives the relation curves between the radiation forces and the permittivity of the of the particle.
