Abstract :
This paper discusses the optimal fertility rate control problem of a semi-linear population system with final state observation, proves the existence of the optimal fertility rate control, gives the necessary condition for control to be optimal and its optimality system. These results can provide the mathematical theory basis for the practical research of the optimal control problem in population system.
