Abstract
This paper compares the effect on audio susceptibility with different implementations on the linear ramp signal in voltage-mode continuous-conduction-mode buck converter. Time domain charge-based analysis has been performed to justify the advantage of different approaches in different duty ratios. Transistor level simulations have been performed using a standard 0.35μm CMOS process to verify the results.
