On the dynamic factors of migrant workers´ migration

In the former researches on migrant workers´ migration, every indicators were verified from the researchers´ subjective view. This paper began to collect the available data of a series sellected indexes relating to migrant workers´ migration, using the method of principle component analysis (PCA), then generally drew a conclusion on the effects of dynamic migration factors which were divided into four main components, such as agricultural factor, demographic factor, economic factor, industry structure factor. Finally when 0-1 variables can be added to original target leading to logistic regression, it will be got that agricultural factor and economic factor are the main dynamic factors of migrant workers´ migration.
