Abstract :
It introduces a new permanent magnet actuator with three steady states for ATSE of PC level in order to improve reliability of it. By using of Maxwell 12 we achieve the static and dynamic characteristics from simulation and analysis under different conditions. We conclude the sizes of the relevant parameters from the characteristics and verify the feasibility of the designing structure by comparing the dynamic characteristics with the designing parameters requirements.
