Abstract :
It is proposed and demonstrated that fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer measures accurately the EO coefficients of, not only the poled polymer thin film, but also the poled polymer waveguide. Furthermore, the tensor components, both r13 and rr33, of EO coefficient can be measured simultaneously.
