Abstract
The paper chooses panel data from 200 college students, establishes econometric models, applies binary logistic regression model to analyzing the factor, which affect whether college students participate in medical insurance system or not. According this result, some advice is as follows: Give full play to national policy guidance and management supervision functions, and improve college students medical insurance´s operation management system; Make full use of school information and advocacy functions, and promote the effective implementation of college students medical insurance; Advocate families actively supporting medical insurance consumption and make medical insurance implement smoothly; Suggest student themselves take the initiative to consumption in order to avoid the risk of individuals and families.
