Abstract
Adoption the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) of high reliability, strong anti-interference ability designs a sewage treatment control system for a certain chemical industry, which realizes the automatic control of the sewage treatment. Fuzzy PID (Piping and Instrument Diagram) controller is designed for the bache of non-linear control in the system, through fuzzy control algorithm on-line adjustment PID parameters, replaces the control approach of the conventional PID control and manual modeling, it resolves the difficult problem of the mathematical model difficultly obtained and mastered the dynamic characteristics in the sewage treatment control system. The system has good dynamic performance, high steady precision, strong anti-interference performance and good robustness features. The realization of system improves the efficiency of sewage treatment and debases the cost of sewage treatment.
