Abstract :
This paper presents numerical results on resonant frequency, efficiency and bandwidth of the patch resonator with two layers obtained through the full wave transversal transmission line method. This method obtains the Maxwell equations, a set of equations that represent the electromagnetic fields in the x and z direction as a function of the electric field in the y direction. This method is suitable for microwave and antenna applications, and gives the complex resonant frequency, to obtain high precision antenna parameters.
