    A very warm welcome to all of you at the 15th International Conference on Harmonics and Quality of Power! Since its inception in 1984, this conference has been offering a unique platform for exchange and sharing of views and experiences among global power quality researchers and practitioners. This 15th version will continue the tradition. As the first ICHQP conference held in an Asian location, it will serve as a great forum for bringing together the western and eastern power quality research communities.
