Abstract
This paper presents the design of a two-dimensional array of microphones for the implementation of nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) that allows the visualization and location of sound sources. The array corresponds to the holographic plane, where data is collected to reconstruct an acoustic field in another plane parallel to the holographic plane. Here, the basic theory and the experimental results obtained from the sound field generated by the operation of a motor are presented, visualizing the parts where noises are located.
