Abstract :
Deals with an innovative torque controller of a flat disc-type mini-motor with etched conductors. This controller, in the case of parallel radial conductors, is able to strongly reduce the Joule losses, to improve the ratio torque/volume and to avoid any electronic device and sensor outside the electromechanical actuator. All the controller devices, both for the feeding and for the optimal regulation of torque, are fully integrated inside the electrical and magnetic structure of the machine. The analysis of such a structure is presented and investigated. Finally a sequence of results on prototype are discussed
