Abstract :
Recent developments related to a linear Fresnel lens photovoltaic concentrator technology are discussed. The most important of these recent developments are presented. The 300 kW system was dedicated in March 1990. An improved 20 kW PVUSA `Emerging Technology´ system at Davis, California, was deployed in March 1991. The measured performance parameters for both of these systems are described. The authors are developing a fourth-generation concentrator module. Key features of this modules are described
