Abstract
This paper presents an advanced guidelines for human reliability analysis (HRA) of emergency tasks. The guidelines integrate two major research efforts that have been recently done in KAERI into a single framework to be applicable to an event scenario. The first one is the development of the Korean standard HRA method, and the second one is of an error of commission (EOC) analysis method. The integrated method is named AGAPE-ET (Advanced Guidelines for Analysing Prospective human Events in performing Emergency Tasks). The AGAPE-ET framework is divided largely into two parts. The first part is for analysing human unsafe actions that might occur from the diagnosis failures in an initial event diagnosis. The second part is to analyze possible unsafe actions during event responses after an initial event diagnosis. An assessment framework is provided for each of the cases by integrating the Korean standard HRA method and the framework for analysing diagnosis failures.
