Title :
Suppression of GPR range sidelobes based on NLFM signal
Abstract :
This document presents simulation results of ground penetrating radar. The GPR transmits non-linear frequency modulated pulses. NLFM signal applied to GPR enables to achieve better range resolution then traditional LFM pulse radar. In order to generate non-linear modulating function, Parseval´s relation has been used. The aim of the experiment is to test ability of the SAR system with NLFM pulse signal to obtain fully focused image of underground targets.
