Abstract :
More and more importance is attached to the post evaluation of the constructing projects. Traditional "with and without antitheses" is a commonly used method in post evaluation, which is biased and insufficient in practical use and needs to be improved. Using Lianxu speedway project as an example, traditional and improved "with and without antitheses" are used respectively to evaluate the impact of this project on the economic growth of circumjacent area. It is concluded through contrastive analysis that the improved "with and without antitheses" is a new idea of using this antithesis, which better modifies the bias and insufficiency of the traditional method and provides reference for the post evaluation of the following projects.
