Abstract :
This paper presents the design and implementation of a PID digital controller applied to a single-phase three-level inverter. The controller is based on the modified Ziegler-Nichols method, as the design procedure, simulation and experimental results regarding a 1kW inverter are supposed to validate the theoretical analysis and demonstrate the system performance.
