Abstract :
With respect to the problem of assessing level of experts based on the linguistic assessment matrices inform of preference inform, an analytic method is proposed to define the linguistic assessment matrices with their natures revealed. First, the definition and characters of linguistic assessment matrix are given. Then, by defining the advantage degree and the deviation advantage degree between individual and group experts´ assessment decision matrices, an analytic method is given to assessment level of experts based on advantage degree. Finally, a numerical example is given to show that the theoretical basis and calculation of the method is easy to be computed and implemented.
