Abstract
Power electronics has evolved as a distinctive subject area and into many sub-specialties. There are so many important topics to cover within a limited time period of one semester. The questions raise what materials to cover, how to cover to develop and cultivate studentpsilas intellectual abilities for life-long learning knowledge and how to assess the outcomes achieved by the students. This presentation summarizes means of teaching and answering these questions.
