Abstract :
In many manufacturing enterprises, the main mode of production is Order oriented and Multi-variety and Small-batch production. This production pattern is characteristic of many kinds of products, small batch production, low degree of repetition, process change frequently. As the core of production management, production planning runs through the entire production process. As a result of manufacturing resources and production capacity constraints, production planning and production scheduling become the difficulty in production management. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in a chemical manufacturing enterprise, Including production planning, production scheduling, production performance feedback, and manufacturing resources allocation, such as materials, fixture, equipment, Human resources, and so on, This paper puts forward to produce management business model, data model and multi-resource scheduling mechanism, and then using J2EE multilayer architecture and component-based development technology to achieve production management system, provides production contract management, production planning online issue and adjustment, dynamic production scheduling, manufacturing resource balance & allocation, production tracking and other functions. The system is integrated with ERP and MES function, and provides interface for CAPP and PDM, implementation of the production process of graded management and collaborative sharing, in the practical application has achieved good results.
