Abstract

The regional technological innovation ability is important standard to weigh the technology development and it is a determining factor of economy growth and competition. In this paper, the principle of factor analysis is introduced, the evaluation indicator of technology innovation ability is selected based on the factor analysis, the empirical analysis of technology innovation ability is described in detail and the corresponding policy is proposed.
