Abstract :
A decorrelator using the traditional linear equation solution has a computational complexity O(K3) for a CDMA system with K active users. This paper introduces optimization-based decorrelating algorithms with a lower complexity O(K2). Simulation results show that the proposed algorithms can achieve the performance of the traditional decorrelator in a synchronous CDMA system on an AWGN channel.
