Abstract :
With the development of market competitions, the cycle of products is shortening, customers have higher expectation for products and service, especially clothing which is fashionable and seasonal. Evaluation for Quick Response Ability (QRA) of clothing enterprise is significant. First, the basic theories of QR are summarized, the present problem and status is analyzed. Then the paper sets up the evaluation system for QRA of clothing enterprise based on supply chain, from three parts: time, cost, satisfaction, And determines the weight of Indicator system in use of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. At last, the paper evaluates QRA by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE). With the example of enterprise M´s implement of Quick Response, the result shows the effectivity and feasibility of evaluation system for QRA of clothing enterprise based on supply chain.
