Abstract
By using the Delphi method to assess the possibility of an enterprise risk event, and to evaluate the enterprise inside strengths and weaknesses to deal with the risk event, to appraise the enterprise outside opportunities and threats to achieve the objectives. A SWOT coordinate system is constructed by adopting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats as 4 semi-dimensional, respectively. A series of new concepts are introduced such as positive intensity of risk and its gradient, negative intensity of risk and its gradient, risk coefficient, risk quadrilateral, risk azimuth, risk vector, risk spectrum to discuss risk coping strategies. A new approach of system analytical SWOT model by combining qualitative and quantitative on selecting risk coping strategies is established.
