On the flexibile decision of safety input in Chinese coal enterprises

Abstract :
Through setting up models, the coal enterprises´ threshold of safety input is obtained with the real option approach. Further, the results shows: the coal enterprises´ safety input are influenced by following aspects critically: the efficiency of safety technologies, the quantity of the input, the raise speed and the uncertainty of the safety technical efficiency, and the policy and monitor of government.
