Entrepreneurship is a process, the starting-point of which is the discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities. Unfortunately, most research on entrepreneurship establishes the hypothesis that entrepreneurial opportunities are waiting for entrepreneurs at any time. In fact, Entrepreneur can not do entrepreneurial opportunity identification only if the window of opportunity is open. Based on this view, this paper constructs the entrepreneurial opportunity identification framework. The process of opportunity identification is entrepreneur´s information processing, the brain´s entrepreneurial information processing consists of reflection, selection, integration and utilization.
