Abstract :
Development of product collaborative configuration design platform is the key for enterprises to implement a new type of customer-centric business model which can meet customers´ diversified and individual market demands and provide them with high-quality customization service, and to adapt to the fierce competition in the market. In the paper, configuration method of product collaborative configurator and working theory of product collaborative configuration design platform were discussed. Based on the analysis of platform functions, such as product modeling, product configuration, product design and collaborative management, the platform architecture was proposed, the basic method to realize the platform was brought forward by the means of the package definition files, and the prototype system platform was developed. Finally, an application example taking the high-performance rice transplanter as the object was given.
