It has important significance in both rational position and evaluation the level of enterprise knowledge stock. Accurate measurement of knowledge stock can also help enterprises improve knowledge management efficiency, and increase the innovation of the whole cluster. Based on the characteristics of cluster enterprises and GRA (Grey Relational Analysis), this paper constructs the knowledge stock model of cluster enterprises and its evaluation index system. The end of the paper analyses the whole model with examples. Research shows that GRA is a simple and effective method on evaluation of cluster enterprise knowledge stock.
