Abstract :
The detection of mental stress by acquiring and processing EEG and EOG signal from brain and processed through Virtual Instrumentation was done in real time using LABVIEW. A GSM modem and an Arduino Uno Microcontroller has been interfaced with the system for generating SMS alert at overstressed condition and to start some relief mechanism, i.e., Video and Audio automatically to reduce the stress and fatigue. The system developed is portable and affordable in cost.
