Abstract :
In this paper, scaling function (Φ), wavelet filter coefficients, three term connection coefficients (Ω) and the integrals (Λ) are evaluated. A wavelet-Galerkin approximation method is used to evaluate connection coefficients. Here we have calculated the wavelet connection coefficients for db3 wavelet. The wavelet-Galerkin scheme involves the evaluation of connection coefficients to approximate derivatives and integrals. This evaluated connection coefficients are useful for solving differential equations.
