Abstract :
DFES (DFES, Design for Energy Saving) which incorporates energy-saving into the process of products design is an important part of Green Design. Aimed at the characteristics of possessing complementary advantages amongst AD (AD, Axiomatic Design), QFD (QFD, Quality Function Deployment) and TRIZ, an integration model of AD, QFD and TRIZ is set up. And this paper gives a detailed study on the structure of this integrated model and its implementation. Finally, a case study is introduced to illustrating this model. The achievements above solve the fundamental problem of DFES, which provide significant references for sustainable design.
