Abstract :
The problem of stabilizing neutral type linear time-varying discrete control systems with integral delays is investigated in this paper. By applying the frequency equivalence method and comparison principle of multi-delays discrete systems presented by Prof. Liu, the stabilization of linear time-invariant discrete systems with non-delays implies the stabilization of neutral type linear time-varying discrete control systems with integral delays.
