Abstract :
In recent years, great progress has been achieved in algorithms about image quality assessment (IQA). Several IQA algorithms have been put forward with high correlation with human perception. However, these algorithms can perform even better. In this paper, one strategy is proposed based on region of interest (ROI) in which some alternation on structure similarity (SSIM) are made to enhance the correlation with human perception. In addition, experimental results are demonstrated to highlight the improvement.
