Abstract
The method is basically appropriate for all boundary value problems of two-dimensional periodic structures. For different structures, only a slight change of matrix elements must be dealt with in numerical calculation. Compared with available data, the method is proved to be accurate and feasible. Results for groove and comb structures are presented.<>
