Abstract :
This paper introduces the three parts of the digital theodolite wind measurement system. Theodolite wind measurement system, computer platforms, handheld calculators. First the principle of theodolite wind measurement system be described in detail, then gives machinery and electronics parts realization process. Finally, gives the realization of the process of theodolite wind measurement system handheld calculator.
