Abstract :
The reasons of tire explosion in truck were analyzed in pressure and temperature. Actual requirements of TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) for trucks and some key problems of design were addressed. Later, a construction of TPMS for trucks was introduced, which includes some suggestions for hardware and software in design. Experiment showed it could give an alarm before tire explorations, and bring a more effective way to inspect tire. And also it is trusted and easy to spread.
