Abstract :
The construction of 100 and 1000-pF hermetically sealed gas-dielectric capacitors. a 1-k Omega AC/DC transfer resistor. and 10- and 100-k Omega AC resistors to be used as impedance elements of a quadrature bridge is described. Their electrical properties as measured by single- and two-stage ratio transformer bridges are reported. The results are preliminary.<>
