Abstract :
In this paper, the problem of expertspsila opinions synthesizing in hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering of space military system (HWMSESMS) is discussed based on Delphi method. Creditability function and reliability function of expertspsila opinions synthesizing are constructed, and using optimization searching model we can get optimization result of expertspsila opinions synthesizing with keeping the independence of expertspsila minds. In the application of fact, this model displays nice effect and great adaptability.
